The weekend featured tours of two museums at the Urbana Airport, as well as a Saturday afternoon seminar of three presentations: Ron Kaplan, Wendy Hollinger and Susan Reid (Jerrie Mock’s sister), and Danielle Reese.

In the big Net Jets tent, we demonstrated a replica of the “simulator”
Amelia Earhart built and used to teach children how airplanes fly.
  The replica was developed by Danielle Reese, who is demonstrating the mechanism here to 99s member Grace Read.
